This movie trailer was created using iMovie on my mac. First of all, I wanted to mention how easy and fun it was to use iMovie. Within iMovie itself they have pre-made templates that you essentially just import your videos, pictures, and text into, creating a short "Movie trailer" that is clean and professional-looking. It would be a great tool to have in the classroom, because of how simple it is. I can see using with the younger grades (1 & 2) as well as the older grades. I also wanted to point out that there is the capability to create your own movie from scratch as well, if you don't like any of the pre-made templates. Overall, I think this tool is pretty amazing and will definitely be adding it to my classroom repertoire.

This looks so fun! I'm glad that you incorporated other popular media sources of ASL into your movie trailer. I think it helps to make it appear even more professional. I also really enjoyed the diversity that was shown. While it's natural to show those of diverse abilities in an ASL trailer, you also used diversity of culture. I think it's a really useful tool and your students will love learning songs in ASL. Especially useful songs such as Oh Canada! Sign Language will be a great skill for you to have and use in the classroom.
